Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven BDM to lead our Sales and Support teams. The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of experience in the IT/Software industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align sales and customer support functions to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Support teams to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure the Support team delivers excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports for management.
- Implement and improve sales processes, CRM practices, and customer engagement strategies.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
