Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - EEE
Experience: 5-8 years experience(relevant hospital experience required)
License Mandatory.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and ensure timely corrective maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other technical personnel.
- Conduct regular training and safety drills for the maintenance team.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized services.
- Collaborate with the Biomedical Engineering department to ensure timely repair and upkeep of medical equipment.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain proper documentation related to compliance, audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget.
- Lead the response team during facility-related emergencies like equipment failure, electrical outages.
- Plan and oversee minor renovation or construction projects within the premises.
- Keep management informed of major maintenance issues and improvement plans.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-efficient practices.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for all hospital utilities and systems.
- Ensure prompt action for breakdown maintenance to minimize disruption in hospital services..
