Job Description
Sign Laban is looking for an experienced and responsible Counter In-Charge to manage our counter operations and ensure smooth day-to-day customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily counter operations and customer interactions.
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, and billing.
- Coordinate with kitchen/production and other team members to ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate cash and billing records.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the counter.
- Monitor stock and inform management about shortages or requirements.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve basic issues.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth operations during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in counter operations, restaurant, café, food service, or a similar role.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
