Job Title: Logistics ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage vehicle placement and transportation activities for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The candidate will coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicles (trucks, Bolero, containers, etc.) as per dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters and negotiate freight rates.
- Plan and schedule vehicle placement for loading and unloading.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Track vehicles and provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare logistics documents such as LR, e-way bills, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Resolve transportation issues, delays, and vehicle-related concerns.
- Maintain transporter records, freight details, and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
