Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws(Mandatory)
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Ability to handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Experience in attendance, leave, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle payroll inputs and attendance management
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
