About the role You'll work directly with the founder as a thinking partner and force multiplier. Half the job is hands-on R&D — using Claude and AI tools to research, prototype, and ship across our product lines. The other half is keeping the founder's world organized: surfacing what matters, drafting communication, and closing loops so nothing falls through. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who learns fast and writes clearly.
What you'll do
- Run AI-assisted research and prototyping: market scans, competitor analysis, technical feasibility studies, and quick proof-of-concept builds using Claude, Claude Code, and related tools.
- Turn rough ideas into structured outputs — specs, briefs, decision memos, comparison docs — that the founder can act on or hand to the team.
- Draft and manage communication: emails, follow-ups, partner outreach, and internal updates, matching the founder's voice and tone.
- Own the founder's operating rhythm: prioritize the inbox and calendar, prepare for meetings, track commitments, and follow up until things are done.
- Manage logistics end to end — scheduling, travel, vendors, documents — with minimal back-and-forth.
- Be the connective tissue between the founder and ongoing projects, keeping context organized so work continues smoothly across threads.
What we're looking for
- Genuine fluency with AI tools (or the ability to get there fast) — you should be comfortable prompting, iterating, and getting real work out of Claude rather than just chatting with it.
- Excellent written and verbal English; you can take a messy thought and return something crisp.
- Strong research instincts: you know how to find, verify, and synthesize information without hand-holding.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through — you treat dropped balls as personal failures.
- Discretion and judgment; you'll have access to sensitive business and personal information.
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a multi-product startup environment.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
