Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and test embedded firmware under the guidance of senior engineers.
✅ Work with microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, ESP8266, NXP, TI or similar platforms.
✅ Develop firmware in Embedded C / C++.
✅ Interface sensors, ADCs, memory devices, displays, communication ICs and other peripherals.
✅ Implement and debug protocols including:
- GPIO
- UART
- I2C
- SPI
- ADC
- PWM
- Timers
- Interrupts
✅ Assist with CAN, RS485, USB, Ethernet, BLE, Wi-Fi and other communication technologies depending on project requirements.
✅ Develop drivers for sensors and peripheral devices.
✅ Perform firmware debugging and hardware bring-up.
✅ Work closely with hardware engineers to identify whether issues originate from firmware, hardware or system integration.
✅ Test firmware under different operating and fault conditions.
✅ Assist in implementing watchdogs, error handling and recovery mechanisms.
✅ Maintain structured and readable source code.
✅ Use Git or similar version-control systems for firmware management.
✅ Create firmware test documentation and maintain revision records.
✅ Assist in prototype validation and production testing.
Skills We Are Looking For
✅ C / C++ programming fundamentals
✅ Basic embedded-system architecture
✅ Microcontroller peripherals
✅ GPIO, UART, SPI and I2C
✅ Interrupts and timers
✅ ADC / PWM fundamentals
✅ Basic electronics understanding
✅ Debugging and logical problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to understand datasheets and microcontroller reference manuals
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- STM32CubeIDE
- Arduino IDE
- ESP-IDF
- PlatformIO
- Keil
- MPLAB
- Code Composer Studio
- Git / GitHub
Additional knowledge of RTOS, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, bootloaders, low-power firmware, communication protocols or embedded Linux will be considered an advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (Meerut): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
