Job Summary
Route Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage admission enquiries, handle CRM updates, and ensure effective follow-up with prospective students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
- Maintain and update CRM data accurately
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads to convert enquiries into admissions
- Provide detailed information about courses and programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams
- Track daily leads, conversions, and performance reports
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in customer handling / sales / admissions (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
