Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with technical knowledge in Interior Design to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting suitable interior solutions, preparing quotations, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for interior design projects.
- Meet clients and understand their interior design requirements and budget.
- Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Explain designs, materials, specifications, and project scope to clients.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Execution teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Negotiate with clients and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure proper communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales conversions.
- Stay updated on interior materials, finishes, hardware, furniture, and current design trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design / Interior Sales / Technical Sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior design and execution.
- Good understanding of interior materials, furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, lighting, etc.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other interior design software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
