Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) with valid registration to join our hospital team. As a nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, assisting doctors, night duties and ensuring safe and effective treatment for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care, monitor vitals, and administer medications.
- Attend the patient's requirements with a smiling face and do the needful.
- Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients
- follow doctors instructions
- Taking care of and preparing medical records
- Pre op and Post operative Care
- Assist doctors during procedures and clinical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols and patient care.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
