About the Role
Bluetech Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and promoting our marine safety and technical services across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in India and international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales data.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
