Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving activities, refining application features, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality software that enhances business processes. This position requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and contributing to continuous improvement within the project environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure software quality and compliance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
- Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
