Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction and infrastructure projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Supervise site teams and provide technical and operational guidance.
- Monitor daily project progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Manage project documentation, reports, billing, and client communications.
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for material planning and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or government projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.

Salary
CTC: ₹12 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
