Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Admissions Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions.
- Identify and generate leads through school visits, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with preschools, coaching centers, and community groups.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and track admission pipeline data.
2. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital presence.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Organize school branding initiatives in the local community.
3. Parent & Community Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents.
- Conduct school tours and presentations.
- Organize open houses, orientation sessions, and events.
- Build long-term relationships with parents and alumni networks.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze competitor schools and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
5. Event Management
- Plan and execute admission drives, fairs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Represent the school at external events and exhibitions.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and marketing activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions and marketing performance.
- Manage CRM or data tracking systems efficiently.
