We’re hiring a badminton coach who can lead with both skill and empathy. Classes run Monday to Saturday, 5 to 8 AM, handling three batches (5-6, 6-7, 7-8) for beginner and intermediate kids.
At Tesseract, we focus on hospitality, so your approach to children and parents is key. You must speak fluent English, communicate positively, never scold or pressure a child, and always maintain a supportive environment. You should bring 3-5 years of experience from a reputable academy.
You’ll also help organize fun tournaments and events for kids, collaborate with a fellow coach, and ensure the facility stays top-notch. We’re looking for someone who blends professionalism with genuine care.
