Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage email lists and audience segments.
- Write engaging email copy and subject lines.
- Monitor campaign performance, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain email marketing best practices and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Generate and bring new business leads through email outreach and prospecting.
- Maintain lead databases and follow up with potential clients.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of email deliverability and campaign analytics.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve lead generation targets.
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
