ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM Developer (5-6 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow ITAM solutions including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Asset Lifecycle Management, Software Licensing, and Asset Workflows.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server technologies.
- Implement CMDB best practices including data normalization, reconciliation, identification rules, and CMDB health improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, Discovery, and CMDB-related issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Leverage Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities wherever possible and minimize customizations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and platform teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience with Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors.
- Exposure to Operational Intelligence (AIOps) and Event Correlation.
- Experience with Software Compliance and License Optimization.
