1. Provide organisation-wide technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
2. Coordinate procurement, setup, maintenance, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking of laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking devices, and other ICT equipment required for organisational activities.
3. Support employee onboarding and induction by configuring systems, setting up devices, creating user access where required, and orienting staff on organisational technology platforms and workflows.
4. Ensure continuous technical support and mentoring for staff members through in-person, remote, and on-call assistance.
5. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN networks, printers, projectors, smart TVs, conferencing systems, and workshop equipment.
6. Support and maintain Linux-based Ubuntu and other OS based systems and FOSS applications used across organisational programs and teams.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, internet services, warranty support, and procurement processes.
8. Maintain IT asset records, software inventories, and basic technical documentation related to organisational technology systems and devices.
9. Develop simple user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and self-learning materials for staff.
10. Support digital collaboration platforms, organisational websites, and learning management systems including Moodle, WordPress, Drupal, and MediaWiki.
11. Support technology setup and troubleshooting during organisational events, workshops, webinars, and training programs.
12. Visit schools, colleges, and partner institutions regularly to support ICT-integrated programs and assist with hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
13. Design and conduct technology training programs for teachers, teacher educators, staff, and partner institutions on the use of FOSS applications and digital technologies.
14. Support the resource creation team by exploring and maintaining FOSS tools for audio-visual creation, editing, and digital content workflows.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
