We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in graphic design, print media, and the custom apparel industry. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality designs, prepare print-ready files, make product mockups, convert raster artwork to vector, and communicate fluently in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional graphics for custom apparel, merchandise, print media, branding, and marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTF, DTG, sublimation, embroidery, vinyl, and other production methods.
- Create realistic product mockups for t-shirts, hoodies, caps, uniforms, and other apparel products.
- Convert raster images into clean vector artwork.
- Clean, redraw, trace, and optimize customer-provided artwork.
- Work with typography, colors, layouts, logos, illustrations, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all files meet production requirements, including size, resolution, color mode, bleed, margins, and file formats.
- Communicate with clients/team members in fluent written and spoken English.
- Understand customer design requirements and provide creative suggestions when needed.
- Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Excellent understanding of print production and apparel decoration methods.
- Ability to create and edit vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF.
- Ability to work with raster files such as PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF.
- Good eye for design, typography, color combinations, and layout.
- Strong English communication skills — both speaking and writing.
- Ability to understand client instructions clearly and respond professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong file organization skills.
- Experience in custom apparel, print shop, promotional products, or merchandise industry preferred.
Main Requirement
The candidate must be fluent in English and confident in communicating with international clients through calls, emails, and chat.
Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design, print media, or custom apparel design preferred.
