About the Role
Nexrise India Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager – People, Compliance & Administration to take end-to-end ownership of the organisation's human resource function.
The person will be responsible for building and managing strong HR systems covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, policies, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, discipline, documentation and HR reporting.
The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can work closely with management as well as employees across office, sales, warehouse, operations and manufacturing functions.
This position is based 100% on-site at Jaipur.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Prepare department-wise manpower plans in consultation with management and HODs.
- Manage recruitment across junior, middle and senior-level positions.
- Source, screen, interview and coordinate selection of candidates.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and vacancy trackers.
- Develop and maintain Job Descriptions for all key positions.
- Improve hiring quality, joining ratios and employee retention.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including:
- Offer and appointment documentation
- Joining and onboarding
- Employee induction
- Probation monitoring
- Confirmation
- Transfers
- Promotions
- Salary revisions
- Performance reviews
- Resignations
- Full & Final settlement coordination
- Exit interviews and relieving documentation
3. HR Policies & Processes
- Draft and implement company HR policies.
- Prepare HR SOPs and internal guidelines.
- Establish attendance, leave, overtime and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain employee handbook and code of conduct.
- Review existing policies periodically and recommend improvements.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and consistently implemented across departments.
4. Statutory & Labour Compliance
The candidate should have practical knowledge of applicable statutory requirements, including:
- Provident Fund – PF
- ESIC
- Labour law requirements
- Shops & Establishment requirements
- Factory/workforce-related HR compliance
- Employee registers and statutory records
- Contractor/manpower documentation where applicable
- Wage and attendance records
- Leave and overtime compliance
- Employment documentation
The HR Manager will coordinate with consultants, accounts and management wherever required while retaining internal ownership of compliance.
5. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Discipline
- Monitor attendance and punctuality across employees.
- Manage leave records and approvals.
- Monitor overtime and shift-related records.
- Identify absenteeism and attendance irregularities.
- Implement disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare warning letters, show-cause notices and other HR communications where required.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company rules.
6. Performance Management
- Implement KRAs and KPIs across departments.
- Establish probation review systems.
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly employee performance reviews.
- Maintain performance records.
- Assist management with increment and promotion decisions.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans where necessary.
- Build a performance-driven culture across the organisation.
7. Payroll & Compensation Coordination
- Verify monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee additions, deductions, incentives, leave and overtime.
- Maintain salary confidentiality.
- Assist management with compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC and other employee deductions with Accounts/payroll personnel.
8. Employee Relations
- Act as the central point for employee HR concerns.
- Handle grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Resolve interpersonal and departmental employee issues.
- Conduct employee counselling where necessary.
- Improve communication between employees, HODs and management.
- Support employee retention and engagement initiatives.
9. HR Documentation & MIS
Maintain accurate records relating to:
- Employee master database
- Attendance
- Leave
- Salary revisions
- Recruitment
- Manpower requirements
- Probation
- Performance
- Employee turnover
- Warning/disciplinary records
- Training
- Statutory documentation
- Employee exits
Prepare regular HR MIS and dashboards for management review.
10. Organisation Development
- Maintain company organisation charts and reporting structures.
- Assist management with manpower budgeting.
- Identify organisational skill gaps.
- Coordinate employee training and development.
- Assist with succession planning for important roles.
- Support the company as it expands into new locations and departments.
Candidate ProfileMandatory
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC and Indian labour compliance
- Strong recruitment capabilities
- Experience handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred
Candidates with previous experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

Experience managing a combination of corporate/office employees, field sales employees and factory/warehouse manpower will be a significant advantage.

Candidates should either currently be based in Jaipur or be willing to relocate to Jaipur.
Compensation
Salary will be competitive and will be decided based on the candidate's experience, current compensation and suitability for the role.
Joining
Candidates who can join within a reasonable notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,645.94 - ₹40,628.65 per month
