Job Overview
Instabites is looking for a highly proactive, organized and execution-focused professional to support pre-sales, post-sales and marketing coordination activities across multiple business verticals including retail, quick-commerce, e-commerce, institutional sales and distribution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing communication between customers, distributors, marketplaces, vendors and internal teams while ensuring smooth coordination across sales, branding and operational workflows.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys fast-paced startup environments, multitasking and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Business Coordination
* Coordinate with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers and channel partners
* Assist in lead generation, client follow-ups and sales communication
* Support product pitching, presentations, sampling and onboarding coordination
* Handle enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, social media and marketplaces
* Coordinate distributor onboarding documents and sales support requirements
* Support quick-commerce, e-commerce and modern trade coordination
* Maintain lead trackers, follow-up schedules and sales databases
* Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability and dispatch timelines

Post-Sales & Customer Operations
* Ensure smooth customer onboarding and order coordination
* Coordinate with production, logistics and operations teams for dispatch tracking
* Handle customer queries, feedback and escalation management professionally
* Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and institutional clients
* Support repeat business and customer retention initiatives
* Track fulfilment status, sales performance and customer satisfaction
* Assist in after-sales communication, reporting and issue resolution
* Coordinate replacements, claims and feedback closure when required

Marketing & Brand Coordination
* Support social media, campaign and branding execution activities
* Coordinate influencer collaborations, gifting and promotional campaigns
* Assist in market research, competitor tracking and trend analysis
* Support exhibitions, activations, sampling drives and offline marketing activities
* Coordinate with design, content and branding teams for creative requirements
* Maintain organized documentation, reporting systems and marketing trackers
