We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate or apartment sales / Banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing queries, coordinating between internal teams, and supporting collection-related activities to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking to post-handover. Good communication in Malayalam and English as well as interpersonal skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and support collections activities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records, payment status, and communication logs
- Communicate payment schedules, reminders, and policy updates to customers clearly
- Prepare periodic reports on customer status, collections, and escalations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Customer Relations Officer or similar role
- Preferred experience in real estate / apartment sales / property development or Banking.
- Experience in collections or payment follow-ups will be an added advantage
- Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); CRM knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
