Job Summary
To be responsible for managing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Advanced expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and ongoing enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types, pay components.
- Manage master data mapping, replication, and EC–ECP integration.
- Analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies and replication errors.
- Ensure payroll configuration meets Australian legislative requirements.
- Support year‑end and EOFY processing.
Skill Requirements
- 5+ years’ hands‑on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration experience.
- Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation, superannuation.
- Strong EC knowledge including Pay Components and Job/Comp Info.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability.
- Strong communication skills for payroll‑related stakeholder engagement.
