Job Description – Purchase Assistant
Location: Pashan, Pune
Department: Purchase / Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify contractors and vendors as per project requirements Conduct online research to find suitable suppliers and service providers Maintain and update vendor and contractor databases Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation Manage emails and communication through Gmail Assist in data entry and reporting using MS Excel and MS Word Coordinate with internal teams for operational and procurement support Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding quotations and documentation
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / BA / Any other Graduate)
Required Skills:
Good internet research skills
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Gmail
Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement process preferred
Experience: Fresher or 1 years of relevant experience
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
