HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a dedicated Soft Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across our school campus. Your primary focus will be leading and supporting our internal housekeeping team.

Job Description –
- Recruit, train, schedule, and directly supervise the school’s internal housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and motivating work environment for the cleaning team. Ensure fair workload distribution, manage shift rotations, and address staff grievances promptly.
- Establish and monitor strict daily, weekly, and term-break deep cleaning schedules for classrooms, science labs, restrooms, cafeterias, and sports facilities.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the campus to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, particularly in high-touch areas.
- Coordinate the physical setup (seating, stages, waste bins) for school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and sports days.
- Liaison with the school cafeteria providers to ensure hygiene standards are met and manage efficient food waste disposal and recycling programs.
Job Requirements –
- 1+ years managing housekeeping or soft FM teams, ideally in a school or hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to motivate, respect, and support front-line cleaning staff.
- Warm, approachable, and clear communication style suitable for interacting with school leadership, teachers, parents, and students.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
