The role will be responsible to manage end to end recruitment life cycle across multiple customer geographies.
Must Have Skills :
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and how data analytics can be applied to enhance delivery.
- 5 to 6 years of managing Customers, escalations
- Proficient in usage of applicant tracking system (ATS) with the ability to leverage its full potential.Working Knowledge of working with Avature
- Strong delivery management and Transition experience including managing SLA, new requirements, changes etc
- Ability to manage work independently without supervision

Responsibility:
- Service Delivery - Lead and manage a team of Recruiters and ensuring a seamless recruitment life cycle starting from intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing scheduling, digital offer management to initiating onboarding.
- Strong experience of ATS and workflow management – ensuring up to date records
· Ensure green SLAs & KPIs · Ensure building and maintenance of candidate repository & pipeline
- Use Industry knowledge and experience to get the right fit for opening
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest RPO industry best practices to continuously improve capabilities.
- Transition experience- Planning, solutioning and project managing new customer requirements and setting up a good delivery practice.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders & keep candidates engaged.
- Ensure positive Hiring Manager and candidate experience.
- Data Governance & Statutory Compliance: Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance standards to maintain the integrity and security of HR/new hire data.
- Reporting & Insights - Ensure robust tracking and reporting mechanism. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make recommendations to support clients to make data driven decisions.
- Team Management – Manage a team of recruiters, daily monitoring, coaching, mentoring and developing the team to delivery best in class recruitment services.
