We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our Application Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, optimizing, and developing within Adobe Campaign. You will be responsible for managing complex workflows, ensuring platform health, and developing multipurpose web applications and email templates while adhering to development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management & Administration:
- Administer Adobe Campaign environments using the Admin Console and Control Panel.
- Manage rights, security zones, IP whitelisting, and platform navigation hierarchy.
2. Data & Workflow Engineering:
- Design and maintain data schemas, enumerations, and FDA. Optimize databases without SQL.
- Build and manage technical workflows (APIs, file management, server-side JS, native workflows, XTK expressions) and translate business journeys into targeted campaign workflows.
3. Channel & Deliverability Management:
- Configure domains, subscriptions, and external accounts. Manage IP affinities, warming concepts, deliverability and typologies.
4. Web Application & Asset Development:
- Create and maintain complex web applications and JSSPs using server side JS.
- Develop front end assets for web apps and emails using HTML, CSS, and client side JS.
5. Monitoring & Support:
- Proactively monitor platform health, performance, and interfaces with other applications.
- Perform log analysis, daily reporting, and utilize heatmaps.
6. Development Best Practices:
- Ensure high code quality through consistency and factorization.
- Effectively utilize libraries and environment variables (options) over hardcoded values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Adobe Campaign Application Maintenance (TMA).
. Deep understanding of both Adobe Campaign Web UI and Classic UI (Rich Client).
. Strong technical proficiency in Server side and Client-side JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
. Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Campaign data management and data segregation concepts.
. Experience with platform monitoring, administration, and deliverability best practices.
