*Experience*-
1-10 to 17 years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Crop Protection, or Marketing within the Agrochemical industry.
2-Proven experience in Herbicides, Crop Protection, or Agrochemical products.
3-Strong understanding of product life-cycle management, commercialization, market development, and portfolio strategy.
*Role Purpose*-
The Product Manager Herbicides/Insecticides will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of the Herbicide portfolio by managing product strategy, commercialization, life-cycle management, and cross-functional execution. The role will work closely with Global, Regional, and Country teams across R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to maximize business performance and ensure successful product launches.
*Key Responsibilities*-
1-Develop and execute portfolio strategy for Herbicides or Insecticides, including product launches, positioning, pricing, and life-cycle management.
2-Drive portfolio profitability, market share, and business growth.
3-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
4-Collaborate with R&D on product development, technology transfer, and innovation.
5-Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure successful commercialization and product availability.
6-Support licensing opportunities, regulatory initiatives, stewardship, and sustainability programs.
7-Present portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to leadership
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
