Experience: Advocate with Minimum 2 Years of Experience.
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Requirments :-
1. Assist in proceedings before High Court, ITAT and other appellate forums.
2. Is well versed with Court Proceeding , CPC and is able to take Adjournments & Passover as and when required .
3. Assist in Drafting of Petitions,Written Submissions, Synopsis & etc in Income Tax Litigations.
4. Fluent in English & Professinal in approch .
