Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our pharmaceutical organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across various departments while ensuring timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for position closures.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, references, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Handle recruitment for Production, QA, QC, Microbiology, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchase, HR, Accounts, and Sales departments.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining dates.
- Prepare and release offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals for quality profile sourcing.

Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience in Pharma Manufacturing or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Experience hiring for pharma functions such as Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Warehouse, and Sales.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
