5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Handle bank reconciliations, financial controls, and cash flow management.
- Assist management in financial planning, cost control, and business decision-making.
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Knowledge of stock market & share trading/investment will be an added advantage.
