Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2C E-commerce Sales Manager for the Logistics & Cargo industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce client acquisition, managing customer relationships, increasing business revenue, and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations for smooth delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2C e-commerce sales operations.
- Generate new business opportunities from e-commerce clients and marketplaces.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, delivery updates, and service support.
- Manage logistics and cargo operations for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales targets, revenue growth, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams.
- Handle customer complaints, shipment issues, and escalations.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and client records.
- Support digital sales campaigns and business development activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Cargo, or Courier industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2C sales and customer handling.
- Experience in logistics coordination and shipment management.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
