Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our ProductSupport and Customer Success team.In this role, you will act as a bridge between customers and our product team, helping educational institutions effectively utilize our SaaS ERP platform. You will analyze customer requirements, troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and contribute to enhancing customer experience.This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer requirements and business processes.
- Provide functional support for our SaaS ERP platform.
- Interact with customers regularly to resolve issues and address operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports as required.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution validation.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills
Essential
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or similar productivity tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to write and understand queries.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and analysis tools.
- Ability to use technology and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of web-based applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or related web technologies.
- Exposure to support ticketing systems or CRM tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
