Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive telecaller with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers, managing data, and handling client interactions, with a solid background in sales—preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM, Excel, and other digital tools.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Must be computer savvy with basic IT and software knowledge (CRM, Excel, email handling).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
