Patient Recall Coordinator

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Patient Recall Coordinator to reconnect with our existing patients, schedule appointments, and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Contact existing patients by phone to schedule their recall appointments.
- Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
- Update patient records and notes accurately.
- Help maintain a full schedule by encouraging patients to return for their dental care.
- Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Dental experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training.
