Develop and steward a comprehensive brand identity system, expanding the existing logo into a full suite of guidelines covering typography, colour, layout, and graphic language Apply the identity system consistently across all brand channels-social media, email newsletters, retail touchpoints, and the website
- Create and maintain thorough brand guidelines documentation, ensuring all assets and records are accurately organised and up to date
- Partner closely with the social media team to ensure all visual assets (photographs, videos, and graphics) accurately reflect the brand's aesthetic
- Establish clear visual guidelines for product photography and videography, defining how products should be captured to align with brand standards
- Manage and evolve brand assets over time, ensuring consistency across new campaigns and initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen and refine the brand's visual presence
- Must Haves
- A strong portfolio across branding and communication design, ideally in the fashion, lifestyle or culture space . A multidisciplinary understanding of brand systems beyond aesthetics how identity scales and behaves across contexts A discerning eye for photography and video, with experience contributing to creative direction and visual guidelines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrable interest in textiles, craft, and material cultures
- Tools and Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Figma, Canva, Google Workspace
- Nice to Haves
- Experience working within or alongside a fashion or premium lifestyle brand
- Familiarity with basic motion design or video editing
