Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, warehouse, and blue-collar positions.
- Develop manpower plans in coordination with business leaders.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
- Manage audits and statutory inspections related to HR practices.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and execute development programs.
- Organize leadership, technical, and behavioral training sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and employee skill enhancement.
Industrial Relations & Workforce Management
- Handle contract labor and vendor management.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to workplace policies.
- Support warehouse and operational teams in manpower deployment.
- Resolve employee and labor-related issues effectively.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
- Experience in handling blue-collar workforce and multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Preferred Industry Experience

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
