Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to promote our solar energy solutions, build strong customer relationships, and support business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sales aptitude. The role requires regular travel to meet customers and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing customers to explain the company's solar products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Promote the company's brand through field visits, events, and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.
- Support customer documentation and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Must be willing to travel extensively for customer visits, site inspections, and business development activities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Experience in sales, customer relations, or the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
