Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify business opportunities for logistics services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and support business conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer details, sales activities, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
