We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering Diploma freshers to join our team as Field Site Documentation Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career combining civil engineering, construction, digital documentation, photography, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai.
- Capture 360° photos, videos, and site walkthroughs using cameras and digital tools.
- Document construction progress, site conditions, and project activities accurately.
- Create and maintain digital site records for ongoing projects.
- Support the creation of virtual tours and digital documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Upload, organize, and maintain captured site content on internal platforms.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate documentation during every site visit.
- Maintain organized digital records and archives.
- Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager.
- Follow all site safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction sites and civil engineering terminology.
- Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and mobile applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working at active construction sites.
- Willing to travel regularly across Mumbai for project visits.
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to documentation.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | Day Shift
The role is primarily field-based and requires regular travel to different construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai.
