- Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and quotations
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and follow up on delivery status
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases (CRM)
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales events or campaigns
- Track sales targets and report performance to managers
- Ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, ); knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
