Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Visual Designer Intern to support the design of high-quality digital product interfaces and visual assets across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong visual design fundamentals, creativity and the ability to translate concepts, requirements and wireframes into clean, consistent and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual clarity
- Convert wireframes, concepts and product requirements into high-fidelity visual designs
- Create visual assets for digital products and marketing initiatives including social media creatives, presentations, brochures and flyers
- Assist in developing and maintaining design systems, style guides and reusable UI components
- Ensure visual consistency across product, marketing and brand touchpoints
- Support design iterations to improve user experience, visual hierarchy and interface usability
- Design micro-interactions, animations and motion elements where required
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions
- Follow established design processes, standards and project timelines
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree, diploma or certification in Design, Visual
- Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field
- Basic understanding of UI design, visual design and digital product design principles
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, aesthetically appealing and user-focused designs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual design or creative work
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches
- Experience working on personal projects, freelance assignments, internships or academic design projects
- Exposure to Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools
- Exposure to 3D design tools, AutoCAD or illustration tools
Compensation
Compensation will be based on skills, portfolio quality, creative aptitude and interview performance. We are flexible within the stated range for deserving candidates who demonstrate strong design capabilities, creativity and attention to detail. High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities based on business requirements and internship performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
