Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Handle inbound calls in a professional manner
- Update call records and customer details in the CRM system
Who Can Apply?
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and engage with customers
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage, but not required
