Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively solicit local and corporate event business,
handle incoming inquiries, and convert them into definite bookings.
Client Consultation: Conduct site tours, discuss menu options, understand client
requirements, and prepare tailored proposals and contracts.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and
communicate logistical details—such as setup, timelines, and catering—with the
kitchen and banquet operations teams.
Revenue Management: Upsell audio-visual services, food and beverage, and room
decor to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Post-Event Follow-up: Collect client feedback, address any service issues, and
maintain a database for future bookings and relationship management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration,
or Marketing is strongly preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in banquet sales, catering, or event
management.
Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written
communication, and familiarity with catering management software)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
