Role: Area Sales Manager – Wall Textures & Paints
Earthen Textures™ is looking for a driven and field-focused Area Sales Manager for Bengaluru city.
The candidate will be responsible for directly approaching builders, developers, contractors, architects, and project decision-makers to pitch and promote Earthen Textures™ wall textures and paints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit builders and project sites across Bengaluru as per areas assigned by the sales coordinator.
- Pitch Earthen Textures™ wall textures and paints directly to builders and decision-makers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and influencers in the construction industry.
- Submit daily field visit reports and updates.
- Coordinate with the sales coordinator for area-wise planning and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper brand representation in the Bengaluru market.
Reporting Structure:
The Area Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director based in Ahmedabad.
For local coordination and office reporting, the person will report to:

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in paints, textures, building materials, construction products, tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Strong field sales ability.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable meeting builders and site-level decision-makers.
- Must be disciplined with daily reporting and market visits.
- Should have good knowledge of Bengaluru city areas.
