Salesforce Integration Lead

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Integration Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions with strong focus on integrations. Will lead technical delivery and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce implementation and integration projects
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Develop solutions using Apex and LWC
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Ensure code quality, conduct reviews, and follow best practices
- Manage technical delivery, stakeholders, and team
- Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and documentation
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Minimum 5 years of integration experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules
- Understanding of integration architecture and patterns
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
