We are looking for confident and professional calling agents to join our growing US Healthcare Process team. The role involves communicating with senior patients in the United States, assisting with patient coordination, patient follow-ups, and managing communication between patients, labs, and healthcare product providers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to handle patient interactions professionally while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound and inbound calling to senior patients in the USA
- Patient acquisition and onboarding
- Coordinating with labs, healthcare providers, and product suppliers
- Managing patient records and follow-ups
- Assisting patients with order updates, appointment coordination, and service-related queries
- Building trust and maintaining long-term patient relationships
- Maintaining call quality and compliance standards
- Achieving daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior experience in international calling/BPO/US process preferred
- Experience in healthcare campaigns is an advantage
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Ability to work night shifts
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
