Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA (Application Database Administrator) to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level databases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle and other database technologies, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and robust disaster recovery mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases
- Monitor database performance and perform performance tuning
- Ensure high availability and reliability of databases
- Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery strategies
- Handle database upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Work closely with application teams for database optimization
- Maintain database security, integrity, and compliance
- Support multiple database platforms like MS SQL Server, DB2, Teradata (good to have)
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle DBA
- Good knowledge of database architecture and concepts
- Experience in performance tuning & query optimization
- Expertise in backup, recovery, and DR planning
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, SQL, etc.)
- Understanding of multiple RDBMS platforms is an advantage
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- Must be open for Face-to-Face interview in Bangalore (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹372,825.70 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
