Job Title: Interior Architect
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and public spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful realization of design ideas while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper execution of design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in interior architecture or design (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
