About the Role
Best Solution is looking for a proactive and results-driven PR Outreach Specialist to strengthen our brand authority through high-quality media placements, digital PR campaigns, and relationship building. If you have experience securing backlinks, collaborating with journalists, and executing outreach campaigns that improve brand visibility, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media publications.
- Research and identify relevant websites, publications, and industry influencers.
- Pitch unique story ideas, company insights, case studies, and research reports to earn media coverage.
- Execute digital PR and link-building campaigns that generate high-authority backlinks.
- Develop outreach lists and personalize email campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content and SEO teams to promote reports, studies, and thought leadership content.
- Track outreach performance, media mentions, backlinks, and campaign success.
- Stay updated with media trends and identify new PR opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital PR, Media Outreach, Link Building, or Public Relations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience pitching journalists and securing placements on reputable publications.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, backlink quality, and domain authority.
- Experience using outreach tools such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, Respona, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong research and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, Business Setup, Finance, Startup, Legal, or Corporate industries.
- Existing media contacts are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of HARO, Qwoted, Featured, or similar journalist request platforms.
- Experience promoting research reports, surveys, or data-driven content.
